There is a way to end storys about dogs being aggressive in public,all dogs sould be fitted with the gyrolring before coming in contact with the public!! just think before you could be a dog owner you would be require to buy the gyrolring for your dog, wherefore a new law would be no dogs out side without its gyrolring gear on!!!
